Description: Building located right in the town of Lac La Biche. It is 440′ long and 115′ wide. The low end eave is 21′ 6″. It has 6 bays for truck parking, 2 bays for welding maintenance and manufacturing, 1 truck lube bay, and 5 mechanic bays. All mechanic bays have a 10 ton crane running thru them. It has approx. 4000 sq. ft. of office space.
